We, the Jennissen family, together with our dedicated team, have made our passion for horses the center of our lives. Since 1998, we have rebuilt our farm and gradually specialized in horse breeding and the horse-friendly training of young horses according to the classical riding method. We want to offer our customers lovingly reared foals and solidly trained young horses - we put our heart and soul into this every day.

Horses with best qualities

We focus on breeding horses with top pedigrees and valuable bloodlines. Our top priority is to breed horses with excellent riding qualities that will give their owners a lot of pleasure in their riding horse life.

Breaking in & full riding

Not only do we saddle our own youngsters, we are also happy to train young horses for our customers - if we have the capacity to do so - and take care of breaking them in. We work in the same way as with our own young horses - always fairly, with plenty of time and with an eye on the current stage of development of each individual horse.

This year we are again expecting some foals with promising pedigrees from our proven broodmares. Here you can find our matings and all information about our current foal crop.

What our customers say

While looking for a young horse for myself, I came across the 4-year-old gelding Frankie Jennissen (Fahrenheit x Lauries Crusador xx x Bolero) from the Jennissen family at Behrenshof in Versmold at the beginning of this year. According to his disposition, he is developing very well - Frankie has 3 super basic gaits, a super temperament and promises to develop into a top horse in terms of his rideability!

Liebe Marion, ich darf DANKE sagen für die Fürsorge die Ihr für Benedikt hattet. Ihr habt ihn bei euch aufgenommen und behandelt wie eines eurer eigenen Pferde. Dafür kann ich euch nicht genug danken. Zusammen mit Vroni habt ihr ihn an Sattel und Reiter gewöhnt, so dass er niemals Veranlassung hatte, sich dagegen zu wehren. Mit Geduld und Verständnis habt ihr das wunderbar hinbekommen und er ist glücklich.

Ich werde die Besuche bei Euch vermissen, es war immer eine schöne Zeit bei Euch. Ich freue mich Benedikt jetzt näher bei mir zu haben. Ihr habt ihm alles auf den Weg gegeben was er für sein weiteres Leben braucht. Meine Empfehlung für euch und eure Arbeit kann ich in jeder Hinsicht aussprechen!
